Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation will give you an opportunity to establish a sense of internal happiness and balance. Through improving your ability to be present and to be aware of your emotional responses, you will discover a place of internal refuge, of heightened awareness and well-being. As you become able to access this place independently from your external circumstances, a sense of freedom and spaciousness can emerge.

Dr. Radhule Weininger practices psychotherapy and teaches mindfulness meditation in private practice and retreat settings.
